Responsibilities:

We are seeking an extraordinary and ambitious sales professional, responsible for driving sales across digital and traditional media in UAE.

This position is responsible for identifying client business challenges, collaborate and use a consultative selling approach to exceed client expectations.

Develop sales strategies to achieve short and long term sales revenue objectives.

  • Conduct market research to identify new potential prospects on a regular basis.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports about top prospects, including marketing activities, channels, potential spend, decision-makers, and their contact details.
  • Develop, plan and execute a sales strategy to expand customer base and achieve targets.
  • Initiate and develop relationships with key Government sectors, Brands and Media agencies to grow revenue.
  • Understand client requirements, brief internal teams, prepare pitch proposals.
  • Develop a sales strategy by using information from existing campaigns to recommend clients that we will help them achieve their objectives.
  • Strategise and own your market territory while exceeding monthly & annual targets.

Your must have:

  • Demonstrated Digital Sales experience in the UAE.
  • A proven track record, winning digital sales business from key Government sectors, Global/Local Brands across industries and Media agencies in the UAE.
  • Minimum 6 years of Media Sales experience with at least 2 years of Digital Advertising / Content Marketing / Marketing Services Sales in the UAE.
  • Possess a good direct relationship with key stakeholders in Government sectors/ Brands / Media agencies.
  • Strong understanding of all Digital media marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical, presentation & negotiation skills and believed in Consultative selling approach and ready to start from day one.
  • Ability to present, discuss and win over client stakeholders across levels.
